The place had a family atmosphere. It had central location close to a chain casino. And the area was very industrial, next to crossroad, a taxi and beautiful Liverpool.

The hotel was fairly clean and had very supportive staff. Great modern and well-appointed room with decent facilities, a very decent new bathroom plus bed which was really comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful. The airport was 20 km away. I came here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay.

This hotel was beautiful and great and everything was great. Its location in Liverpool was fab, close enough to centre of Liverpool instead of Bootle, the cafe next door and the city center. Also, Christ Church was 3 km away from the property.
